As the Manager HR Analytics at UCHealth, I lead a team of analysts to provide data that drives strategic decisions within the organization. I have over 11 years of experience in human resources and health care management, with a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a certification in Having Career Conversations with Your Team. I am skilled in using technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed. I create, maintain, and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics. I also analyze trends, develop key metrics, and create predictive models for workforce planning. I provide support to senior executives, including creating and providing presentations to assist with decision making. I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of health care delivery and enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
