About Areb Khan

HR professional by choice and I love what I do! My time at SRF Limited has been amazing, I started off with a role in Corporate HR in the year 2014, after two years moved to a Business HR role with Engineering Plastics division and now for the past five years, I am working for Packaging Films Business of SRF. In each role the learning has been immense, and I have been able to contribute well. SRF has given me freedom to take my own decisions, implement new initiatives and helped me in making a positive impact on employees and other stakeholders. Prior to SRF, I started my career with Avantha Group where initially i worked at BILT and later moved to Avantha Power. I have fond memories of that time and the learnings and experiences gained there are truly remarkable. Over the years, to keep myself updated and to continue learning I have successfully completed various certifications and online programs which have contributed to my growth and enriched my experience. I love to hit the road on a cycle as & when I get time to keep myself fit and also like to explore my creative side through writing articles whenever opportunity knocks. I have a keen interest in sports too. Helping and supporting people in need is my passion and at a personal level I always try to do my best for the larger society.
