As a Finance Coordinator at Canadian Apprenticeship Forum (CAF-FCA), I support the financial operations and reporting of the leading organization that promotes and supports apprenticeship in Canada. I manage the accounts receivable and payable, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Thanks to my attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency, I have helped the organization maintain a healthy cash flow and comply with the accounting standards and regulations.I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from University Canada West, where I developed my financial and managerial accounting, finance, and business administration knowledge and skills. I also have a Diploma and a Certificate in Business Administration and Office Administration from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where I learned the fundamentals of administration, communication, and customer service. I am passionate about accounting and finance, and I aspire to pursue a professional designation in the future. I am also a volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross, where I demonstrate my interpersonal, time management, and customer experience skills.
