I pride myself in being a resourceful Creative Leader and visionary, experienced in inspiring, establishing, and creating new organizations, sub/organizations, and teams. Leading the foundation plans from identifying physical, human power and financial requirements to establishing solid vision, strategic, execution and expansion plans. I am always looking to challenge myself and challenge others, driving skilled engineers and admins to think outside the box and really bring out the best in them. I am described to be a task and people oriented leader. Over the last 12 years, I have led the establishment of several successful entities within big organization. And I now proud to serve as the founder Dean of an engineering college. This roll has flourished my skills in strategic planning and alignment with the national vision and strategies. In the past, I worked at the head of information system department (Academic Position) at a leading University. later down the road I was promoted to establish a university branch in a my city (Jeddah) to a hybrid education university with HQ based in Riyadh. In addition, I worked on the establishment of the IT and Media Manager at the cultural Center and Islamic Mosque in London. All though my career, I remain to be a university professor with a degree in Computer Science specialized in Artificial Intelligence applied in B2B and B2C. I have more the 40 publications in applications of AI in numerous fields like: Autonomous Auctions, Supply Chain Management, Energy, Education, Medical diagnosis …etc. I have also served in several boards, consultation and committees. My area of expertise include: Application of Artificial Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, Leadership, Team Building, Project Management, Application of emerging Technologies like: Meta verse, digital twinning, Green Hydrogen, Autonomous Mobility. Building Human Capital strategies, skilling, re-skilling, and up-skilling.
