About Arfhad Shaikh

Technology has always been a huge inspiration in my life. The value we can deliver and the impact we can make in the communities, we live and serve, by enabling technology is a huge motivator for me. My experiences and learnings have led me to become a proactive, organized and process-driven individual, who loves bringing big ideas to life and problem solving. My work attitude is communicate effectively, take initiatives, think critically and analyse holistically. These actions greatly support me in my career at Deloitte as I consult, solve and implement solutions for my clients. I learn and reflect on my past experiences and I promote and practice an inclusive, respectable and diverse work culture. In 2021, I graduated with a bachelor's in Computer Information Systems with Co-operative Education, from the University of the Fraser Valley. My co-op experiences increased my interest in the field of project management, business analysis, change management and cloud technology & SaaS implementations. These opportunities led me to present myself for such non-traditional IT roles such, Consultants, project manager, solution architects, in addition to the traditional roles such as a developer or coder. Making new connections and building a network in this huge industry has always been something that I look forward to. So feel free to reach out and connect.
