Background
About Arghya Banerjee
I am currently running The Levelfield School - an award-winning K12 school which seeks to make great quality education accessible to people of tier towns. The first Levelfield School has been operating in a district town in West Bengal, and has already made a strong impact. The Levelfield School seeks to create a level-playing-field for students of smaller towns, by giving them access to a world-class education. It does not seek to be a moderate quality budget school. In spite of its no-frills infrastructure, the quality of education offered at the school compares with the best in the country. Before starting the Levelfield School, I was co-head of Irevna, a leading equity research outsourcing firm. I was part of the early founding team there, and helped the firm grow to a significant size.Specialties: Education sector, school education, K-12 schools, pedagogy, outsourcing sector, KPO.
