About Ari Gasner

After acquiring my degree, I pursued a real estate career with the intention, at the time, to stay within the field as I enjoyed the challenge of connecting to prominent industry professionals. Cultivating relationships became my forte and as I grew my expertise, I became very successful, winning a Rookie of the Year award. After a period, I was made an offer I could not refuse by my father, to work within the family business. A fourth-generation domestic mill started by my great-grandfather and grandfather; the goal was to continue their legacy. Much of what I learned was self-taught and I thrived on mastering the components of the business. In addition to leading the sales force, I was tasked with growing the Bella-Dura® brand and overseeing the sales reps. In little time, I learned that our success would come from positioning the brand and selling the performance textile for indoor application to all markets. Success was accomplished within several industries * Contract * Hospitality * Residential * Furniture Within a year of joining the company, the loss of the Director of Sales and a key salesperson lead to me assuming the role of VP of Wearbest and ultimately, I became President in 2015. With my leadership, we became the industry front-runner of performance-based textiles. Additional markets in which I saw opportunities to leverage Bella-Dura brands included Bella-Dura wall covering, Bella-Dura Pure, Bella-Dura passing HHI (Healthy Hospital Initiative), Bella-Dura passing IMO, and the Bella-Dura By The Yard program. This progression became an example of my expertise in taking a product to a new level of success with market leadership and strategic development. I have proficiency as an implementer, brand builder, and motivator to create and pivot into markets for expansion. I consider myself an ‘idea man’. I like to look at a market, figure out product from inception to creating, branding, creating the marketing landscape and creating sales.
