About Ari Hicks

I thrive at the intersection of technology, strategy, and collaboration—turning concepts into tangible AI/ML solutions that drive real-world impact. As a leader in AI strategy, I connect people, ideas, and emerging technologies to develop offerings that meet the unique needs of government and enterprise clients. At Fearless, I co-founded the AI Community of Interest (CoI) alongside a Fearless Data Scientist in November 2023. Our goal: to foster cross-functional collaboration between engineers, designers, and stakeholders to explore responsible AI implementation, employee up skilling, and innovation for government clients. The CoI Slack channel serves as a company-wide space for idea-sharing and discussions on emerging AI trends and policies, locally and globally. Through this initiative, I partnered with a Fearless Data Engineer to develop Fearless Select™, a solution that evaluates and assigns the best AI model for an organization’s specific use case—reducing processing costs, enhancing output quality, and mitigating security risks by running locally. This work led to the development of Fearless’ growing AI accelerator suite, including a mesh data architecture, an Agentic AI pipeline, and a tool to measure adherence, ensuring complex documentation aligns with organizational compliance guidelines. My ability to take an idea, bring together the right people, and transform it into a viable solution has led to my transition to the Chief Technology Officer’s (CTO) team to focus on scaling AI initiatives and ensuring that innovation aligns with client needs. I am passionate about building AI solutions that are practical, responsible, and impactful—while fostering collaboration across disciplines to drive the future of our work.
