C: E: ari.katz@ampf.com People often ask me how I became a financial advisor… When my dad passed away from Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) in 2003, his life insurance policy paid out. My mother, who didn’t know what to do, was referred to an advisor who didn’t take the time to understand her goals, level of risk and income needs. In about 3 years, the money was depleted. I remember thinking, what just happened and how could I help make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else? This motivated me to help others establish proper financial plans. I’m driven by the success of my clients - working together to implement strategies and evaluating the progress made toward their goals. We accomplish this through customized financial plans, based on their unique situation.
