Currently working as a legal assistant with an interest to enter a law program in the future, specializing in intellectual property. In my previous role as an Acquisitions Analyst at Realty Resource Capital Corporation, I conducted comprehensive property assessments, risk analyses, and due diligence for potential acquisitions. Additionally, I played a crucial role in the underwriting process and contributed to the drafting of lease abstracts. Simultaneously, I served as an Immigration Consultant for ProfVal LLC, contributing to the creation of industry assessments and market reports used in expert opinion letters, business plans, and professional plans for clients pursuing EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and H1B Visas. Ensuring clients' credentials aligned with USCIS standards was a fundamental aspect of my responsibilities. In November of 2023, I launched Barrel & Mainspring, a blog dedicated to providing insightful opinions on the latest timepieces in the market. Passionate about sharing valuable information, the platform serves as a go-to resource for enthusiasts seeking a unique perspective in the world of watches.
