The current financial setup at Caruna is based on a public 10 billion euros bond program listed on the Irish Stock Exchange which is rated by Standard & Poor’s. I revamped company governance and communication simultaneously to meet standards of a listed company. • From 2009 to 2013, improved the Nordic’s largest end customer serving infrastructure operator’s EBIT by ~30% through unification of work processes and culture in four countries simultaneously, creating clear value chains and outsourcing efficiently viable business entities. At the end of my tenure Fortum divested this business for 9.4 billion euros with 6.4 billion euros profit.
