About Ari McCoy

If asked to describe me, most people will tell you roughly the same thing: this guy can and will talk to anyone. Regardless of the situation, I've always been someone who easily connects with people, leading me to coaching and personal training. As I sought out professional growth, Recruitment was an obvious path to success for someone with my background, work ethic and drive. As a Recruitment Consultant at Excolo, I specialise in hiring across the full spectrum of Data and AI roles, while also supporting data-focused Project Delivery. Our team has a proven track record of delivering results for a wide range of Listed, Blue Chip, SME and not-for-profit organizations. My ability to quickly adapt and handle high pressure situations has positioned me to consistently increase my scope while upskilling in my free time. I began my career in the Logistics space, producing among the elite as a high-volume Recruiter across 61 locations in the Unites States. I loved working across a variety of teams, networking all over the country and getting back to my coaching roots as a mentor, running entire Recruiter training processes. Outside of work I'm an avid American sports (Football and Basketball) fan, obsessive gym rat and a self-proclaimed phenomenal chef. If I'm not watching a game or in the gym you'll likely find me exploring Sydney as I get to know my new home. If you're looking for a hungry, high-energy Recruitment partner with a candidate-driven approach, connect with me - trust me, you won't regret it.
