About Ari Tuomi

I sure am a business-oriented technology geek, but my greatest asset is my will and skill to help and support others: I have coached more than 500 people, helping them build their careers - and found that building understanding on one's own personality, capabilities and competences is the key to discover sustainable paths in career and life in general. My professional DNA has its origins in telecomms business, where I spent 15 fantastic years in diverse process, project and people management roles. Working in a global company gave me the opportunity to do operational management in a multi-cultural environment, develop a business-oriented mindset, and also learn quite a lot about business process development and project management.Though for several years now my focus has been on coaching and mentoring, by no means have I at any point discarded my love for technology: On the contrary, I am very much interested in what is happening in the industry - and in the rapidly evolving working life where AI is changing the game fast.I am constantly trying to be "The best possible me"- which can vary a lot depending on the circumstances, but always keeping in mind the quest for ultimate performance in all aspects of life. I think everyone should aim at nothing less.
