About Aria Schulz

Hello! I’m a marketing generalist with several years of industry experience in education, hospitality and retail. Studying organisational psychology alongside marketing in my Bachelor's degree generated my interest for working closely with businesses to facilitate real and actionable change in creating holistic marketing strategies, target personas and customer journey experience strategies. In 2021, I co-founded EmpowerUp Marketing, a digital marketing business supporting SMB's and offering flexible marketing solutions. EmpowerUp Marketing operated from 2021 to 2025, providing services to businesses across Australia. From working with food businesses across email marketing, advertising, content marketing and site optimisation, to creating foundational SEO strategies for global companies, I've been fortunate enough to work with a wide variety of clients across industries. What tied it all together is my drive to inspire confidence in business owners to grow. I returned to education in 2024, rolling out the esteemed Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award across WA schools and organisations. This role fits in perfectly with my passion for inspiring and encouraging self-development in our youth, empowering through experience and gaining critical life skills.
