About Ariaf Nova Satriardi

As an engineering manager at PT Waskita Karya Realty, I lead a team of engineers and technicians to design, construct, and maintain various real estate projects across Indonesia. I have over seven years of experience in the construction industry, starting as a management trainee at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, the parent company of Waskita Realty. I have a degree in architecture from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), one of the top engineering universities in the country. Some of the skills that I use and develop in my current role include project management, construction design, construction engineering, budgeting, quality control, and client relations. My core competencies are problem-solving, innovation, collaboration, and communication. I am passionate about creating sustainable and resilient buildings that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the community. My goal is to contribute to the development and growth of the real estate sector in Indonesia and beyond.
