As a Financial Services Officer at University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union (UKFCU), I apply my customer service skills and financial literacy to help members achieve their financial goals. I assist them with opening accounts, applying for loans, managing their budgets, and resolving any issues they may have. I also educate them on the benefits and features of our products and services, and guide them to make informed and responsible financial decisions. My customer service skills and financial literacy are rooted in my education and previous work experience. I have an Associate of Science degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Sullivan University, where I learned how to handle medical records, reception, and patient calls. I worked as a CSR at Ashley Furniture Homestores, where I gained valuable experience in sales, communication, and problem-solving. I enjoy working with people and helping them improve their lives, whether it is through health, comfort, or finance.
