As an adaptive, driven, and detail-oriented Underwriter, I am motivated by thoroughly analyzing the potential risks and profitability for both our clients and Greater New York. I partner with clients and members of my team to understand the intricacies of operations, anticipate exposures, and apply solutions to increase resilience and reliability of accounts. Clients range from many different industries such as retail and habitational. Through my previous agent consultations, mentorships, and other insurance experiences I was able to cultivate a methodical, results-driven, and problem solving approach uncovering typical exposures. To reach success, I continue to pursue learning an growth opportunities to remain up to date on market changes and trends, as well to ensure the most efficient work possible. I also hold a degree in Psychology, which helps enable me to cultivate relationships with individuals of many different professional backgrounds, and currently pursuing my Masters in Business Administration at the University of Maryland to help further develop my analytical and leadership skills.
