About Ariana Andino

Versatile and driven administrative professional with a diverse background spanning the aesthetics, medical aesthetics, maritime shipping, and finance industries. I began my post-grad career in the aesthetics and medical aesthetics field, where I developed strong front desk and client relations experience, along with hands-on technical knowledge of skincare treatments and products. I then transitioned into the global shipping sector with Starbulk, a leading dry bulk shipping company with worldwide operations. There, I expanded my administrative expertise by supporting high-level operations, managing international correspondence, and navigating a fast-paced, globally connected environment. Currently, I’ve taken on a new challenge as a Senior Administrative Professional at Greywolf Capitals, where I bring together my experience across industries to support executives, streamline operations, and contribute to a growing team with confidence and professionalism. I take pride in being adaptable, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player—no matter the industry.
