About Ariana Cuvin
Ariana is a Master of Information graduate from the University of Toronto, concentrating in User Experience Design. She is most notable for designing the Canada 150 logo in 2015 while in her second year at the Stratford School of Interaction Design & Business at the University of Waterloo. Upon graduating in 2017 she immediately began participating with the design community in Toronto, volunteering as a product design mentor with Bridge School, and working on different teams at CivicTech Toronto hacknights, while also working as a graphic designer within ZAS Architects Inc. and in a freelance capacity. The projects that make her the most excited are the ones that take dense, sensitive, or complicated topics, and making them more accessible and relevant for the people who want to access them. These days, you can find her art directing a virtual, all BIPOC a cappella group called Contrast, bopping her head to some Broadway beats, working her Adobe Creative Suite magic, and not talking about herself in the third person.
