About Ariana Fleming

My 20-year journey as a mother to a child with severe autism and intellectual delay has been the most transformative "internship" imaginable, offering me an inside-out understanding of the disability sector. This lived experience, encompassing both the deepest grief and the profound joy in celebrating every unique achievement, is the foundation of my work as the head of support coordination at Curate Care. I've collaborated with exceptional therapists, support coordinators, and medical professionals, gaining a holistic perspective on the NDIS and the support systems families rely on. This path has also been one of profound self-healing, reinforcing my belief that challenges are gifts, and what we forge from them is "pure alchemy." From my 5-acre property in Bullsbrook, where I find solace in nature and nurture my love for plants and animals, I also extend my passion for community by fostering strong friendships and championing women supporting women. This commitment to connection and empowerment truly informs how I lead – with empathy, expertise, and a genuine desire to see individuals and families flourish.
