My diverse career path has helped me grow as a professional. Working in the outdoor industry and working with children means that anything can happen at any time, so preparedness and flexibility are key. The same can be said for working in the tech industry. Challenges arise at a moment's notice and being able to quickly problem solve and find the best solution is a skill I can bring to the table. I am a skilled writer, creating descriptive how-to documentation for knowledge base articles, and written communication addressing users' issues. My experiences in the outdoor industry, as a dog trainer, and in classrooms have provided me with ample opportunity to grow my communication skills. I can convey complex concepts and instructions to diverse audiences and have the patience to handle difficult customers or clients. I am technically skilled in Microsoft office systems, Hubspot, Zoho, and other common programs. If I don't know a program, I am a quick learner and have never been stopped or daunted by it. I have been a valued member of every team I have been a part of because of my work ethic, teamwork, and positive attitude.
