After years of asking "why?" as a UX Researcher, I'm now exploring "how might we?" as a Product Designer. My experience conducting mixed-methods research across the entire product lifecycle has honed my strategic thinking, empowering me as a UX strategist to craft intuitive products and impactful experiences that tackle real user problems.
