Raised in Queens and Warwick, New York, Ariel graduated from Pace University with a BA in Communications. Her background comprises 10 years of customer service, administration management, and sales experience. Ariel began her career at UnitedHealthcare as a Tier 1 agent in July of 2021. November 2022, she was then promoted to a Tier 2 claims adjuster. As of October 2023, Ariel was promoted to an NPSR escalations manager. Ariel is an active DEI member and has run the E&I Engagement Team from 2022 to present day. She has also assisted with several new hire classes and peer coaching. Invested in her members’ and agents' needs and protective of their best interests, Ariel is a trustworthy professional who’s always there to lend a hand. She is personable, attentive, and communicates well. Ariel currently resides in Queens, New York, and is married to a native of Ireland, where she enjoys visiting each year to see his family. Ariel also volunteers with her husband with his company, Quality Services for the Autistic Community (QSAC), and the Hydrocephalus Association, which both support people with developmental disabilities. Additionally, she is working to get her yoga and meditation teacher certification and has a successful dog-walking side hustle to fulfill her dog obsession.
