I've been a Partner at EY Israel and serving as the EY Israel Risk Business Consulting services leader since 2010. Consulting COO from 2022 and Risk leader from 2024.The Risk Business Consulting department at EY Israel provides a wide range of solutions for evaluation, measurement and management of Risks at the areas of strategy, operations, compliance and finance.The services of the department include- Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program and solutions - Business Continuity (BCM) plans and organization resilience solutions - Business processes and Performance Improvement- Internal Controls over financial reporting(SOX, ISOX and etc)- Corporate responsibility (according to COSO framework) and sustainability services - Anti-Fraud programs and Anti-Corruption programs implementation(prevention, detection and investigation)- Contract risks services and Corporate Governance services - Internal Audit- Due Diligence (DD) services- Consultation to the BOD(board of directors) in varies issues including board effectiveness. My main clients are public companies traded in Israel, USA, UK, and the Far East Stock Exchanges, companies on the Fast Track to become IPO, governmental companies, authorities and the government. I work with the Management and the Board of Directors of those companies and strive to bring perspective and value to my clients.Moreover, I am a lecturer at the BA and MBA programs at the College of Management (Colman), The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel & the Israeli CFO Forum and the Israeli Bar Association.I'm a member in- Joint Committee of Israeli Security authorities and Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel responsible for implementation of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting framework in Israel- Steering Committee of the Israeli Association of Risk Managers- The Institute of Internal Auditors in Israel- Chairman of the Ethics Committee of the Israeli Association of Risk Managers
