About Ariel Kadji

As a Logistics SAP Specialist & Back-up Auditor at Imerys, I leverage my expertise in data analysis and freight optimization to support the logistics team in acquiring, analyzing, and disseminating data to optimize operations. I also provide backup support to the data integrity coordinator, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of freight invoices and pricing structures. Additionally, I collaborate with various departments to minimize expenses and resolve freight and accounts payable invoice discrepancies. Prior to joining Imerys, I worked as a Sales Administrator at Sandvik, where I facilitated all capital equipment orders to the factory and coordinated delivery logistics for all units to customers and dealers. I ensured proper freight documentation and maintained the Equipment Sales Database and appropriate filing. I also provided administrative support to related Business Line Managers, Sales Representatives, and the Service Department. Before that, I was an Account Support Analyst Lead at Magnolia Advanced Materials Inc, where I verified the accuracy of customer purchase orders, created pro-forma invoices, and processed customer orders/samples. I have a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University.
