I've spent over hours helping Canadians return to the workforce. Only to be left frustrated, not fulfilled. So I returned to school with one mission: improve programs, in hopes to leave less Canadian live in the cracks of disability, illness, stress and isolation. Now I focus on wellness strategies, both at the individual and organizational level. For engagement. For efficiency. For growth. Because there's enough data to do better- but also because there's no more excuses not to.
