I am an experienced educator with a proven history of developing students and teachers in the education industry. Skilled in Relationship building, Transformative Coaching, Educational Technology,Instructional Design, Curriculum Writing and Data Analysis. Strong education professional with Master’s Degree in Teacher Leadership from Strayer University and Master’s in Educational Leadership from The University of Tampa College of Education. In my current role as Lead Math Resource Coach, I collaborate with district, state and external educational consultants, to analyze school-wide data, and develop sustainable, and measurable action plans. While serving as the Lead Math Resource Coach some of my primary duties include: building student and teacher capacity through instructional observations, walkthroughs, and feedback with direct modeling in professional learning communities. My focus as a Math Resource Coach is to build the capacity of colleagues by facilitating standard-based planning sessions, collaboratively analyzing data, and fostering strong professional relationships. This has enabled me to build the capacity of others by developing and implementing authentic standard based lessons to promote student and teacher development.
