About Ariel Mischa Jonathan

I was a psychology student enrolled in Padjajaran University, and wishes to study more about the human resources department, event management, organizational development and later work within the department. During my sixth semester of college, I got the opportunity to be a Talent Development Intern at PT DUA PULUH TIGA and I also got the chance to continue my internship programme as a freelancer. I learned so many new things such as project management, dashboard development, teamwork, training evaluation, and training development. After 1 year(s) of being involved in the business process of PT DUA PULUH TIGA, I am confident that my knowledge and skills has grown from my years in college, up until now. Open-mindedness is my motto. I will take critics to level-up myself instead of shutting out people, and being stubborn. I also love to analize people's behaviour to understand their background and personality. I will also take notes on other people's opinion and perspective so that we can work together collectively. I also put forward other values such as collaboration, and friendliness as my work motto. Because of my experience in BPM, PMB, and other organizations, I have enhanced my skills in this area. From my first year of college until now, I took multiple organizations and commitees. This allowed me to learn many new skills such as project planning, teamwork, team building, leadership, event organization, and communication. With that being said, I am very interested in working within any departments within the Psychology industry. I believe with the skills I have, I believe I can work with everyone and make my work environment better. I also believe that with my experience, I can team up with anyone with no problems.
