With 25 years of experience in client facing and internal roles implementing technology and leading global client support teams, my passion is helping companies leverage technology to drive growth and increase efficiencies. I have significant experience scaling client support teams by improving processes and increasing client satisfaction. The business relationship, supporting clients, and ensuring the right program goals are in place are always top of mind in ensuring a program is relevant. Motivating and mentoring our people, growing teams and bringing fresh perspectives and positive energy have consistently been important aspects of what I do to promote a healthy, productive and engaging work environment. I bring a mindset of agility, proactiveness, transparency, clear communication and trust to all my projects and stakeholder engagements. As an improv actor, I thrive on ambiguity, listening to others, supporting my team, communicating clearly and extemporaneously, and thinking on my feet – all critical to my professional engagements. Finally, I care deeply about diversity and inclusion, with a focus on people with disabilities and caregivers. During my time at KPMG I have helped drive and implement our DEI strategy at a local, national and global levels.
