About Ariel Ribeiro

I have ten years of knowledge in web development technologies. I’ve always loved designing and building things, so I suppose it’s natural that I became an engineer. I’ve worked in some companies, where I’ve learned a lot, but now I’m ready for a new challenge. My first job in IT was in a Consulting and Marketing company. I was a web developer and my main contribution was to update all old websites to CSS grid because old websites used table tags in this company. My second job in IT was in a small software house and I was traveling around the country to analyze a system being developed for public health units. After that, I decided to create my own company. A small marketing agency and the frontend area was only myself. I developed many websites with HTML, CSS, JS, and some PHP to send emails. In 2018, I started the most important stage of my career. I abandoned the entrepreneurial life and it was the best decision of my life. I changed my study routine, and my financial balance, and I gained quality time with my family and friends. But all of my previous experience was important to grow up in my current job. I started as mid frontend developer and in less than two years I got promoted to frontend tech lead. All of my experience was in Angular Framework but I’m studying React and React Native with some side projects to learn new technologies. My current job is in a multinational company, as a senior software engineer, working with Angular and sometimes I develop some features in the backend using Go, Java with Spring, and, more recently, C#.
