About Arielle Craft

As a passionate entrepreneur and customer service professional, I bring over two decades of business ownership experience to everything I do. I’m the proud founder of Cloudy Sweets, a gourmet popcorn and cotton candy brand focused on creating joyful, high-quality experiences for customers at events and beyond. I also serve as a Customer Service Supervisor at Southwest Airlines, where I lead with empathy, strong communication, and a commitment to efficiency and teamwork. My ability to stay calm under pressure and find creative solutions has helped me thrive in both fast-paced travel environments and in running my own business. Currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management at Folsom Lake College, I’m always looking for ways to grow, lead, and innovate. With a CDL certification and a diverse set of skills, I’m excited to keep blending my love for business, people, and service into everything I do. Let’s connect!
