a few quotes to start off your journey of knowing who I am- Run towards embarrassment it's easier than running away- The most dangerous phrase is 'we have always done it this way'- Admiral Grace Hopper- Do or Do not, there is no try - Yoda, Grandmaster of the Jedi OrderCybersecurity leadership is about extreme ownership, servant leadership, and creating force multipliers—leaders who amplify impact far beyond any single role. With 20+ years driving cybersecurity operations, enterprise architecture, and presales/field leadership—spanning all 7 continents (from US Army ops in Afghanistan to federal Dept. of Energy projects, global enterprise deployments, and remote environments)—I build resilient programs that turn complexity into secure, scalable outcomes. Expertise centers on Zero Trust Architecture, cloud security, network design, incident response, cyber resilience, secure-by-design principles, AI/ML strategy, and competitive GTM execution. My core passion is developing leaders: mentoring high-potentials, implementing individualized growth plans, building multiplier mindsets, and creating cultures of ownership and innovation. I measure success not just by revenue or efficiency gains, but by the teams and leaders who thrive independently—turning individual contributors into force multipliers who drive lasting change. Active in thought leadership through executive communications, technical marketing strategy, and product vision alignment. Always open to connecting on cybersecurity strategy, leadership development, team scaling, or how we can multiply impact together.#Cybersecurity #ZeroTrust #LeadershipDevelopment #Mentoring #Presales #SalesEngineering #ServantLeadership #ExtremeOwnership
