About Aries Vargas

5+ years of customer service experience, started in retail for work (Shoe Palace) where I was able to climb up the ladder from being a sales associate up to being an assistant manager. During my 4 years of working in Shoe Palace I gained customer service experience, management, human resources (payroll, solving team member conflict, and handling large quantities of money), cash register experience, sales and training. After that, I went to a smaller online sales company (OBX Racing Sports) where I started as a sales associate and went up to being an office lead. I would create spreadsheets/projects for employees to work on, distribute the work, and oversee to make sure that the projects were done in a timely manner. Collect all the work and double check it for any errors and submit master list to office manager. Receive and process developmental samples, take pictures of merchandise and edit them using photoshop. Upload merchandise and detailed information onto different online stores (amazon, ebay, and online website). Online customer support by answering questions, solving disputes, and processing refunds. Create sales goals, oversee sales being made monthly, and come up with ideas to market our store. Current job at consists of front office administration (answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling, and direct contact with patients).
