Quality Management professional with 30+ years of experience in Oil & Gas mega Projects. Worked as PMT Project Quality Manager/Lead in PDO Oman SABIC Saudi Arabia Kuwait Oil Corporation and Glass Point Solar during Engineering Procurement and Construction phases. I also worked in corporate quality NDT Welding and Manufacturing shops’ quality. • Establish and implement Quality Management System as per ISO 9001. Prepare and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP) Quality Policy Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). • Develop systematic procedures for assessing Contractor’s Quality Management programs. Monitor and measure Contractors’ quality performance & report Deficiency. • Prepare Contract documents. Participate in Bid review bid clarification meetings and TBE. Attend Kick off and Pre Inspection Meetings. • Prepare Quality Assurance audit plans and ensure their timely implementation. • Led many Quality & Project Assurance auditson global contractors during engineering procurement & Construction phases. Monitor audit observations and NCR. Ensure timely closure of Corrective Action Requests (CAR). • Conduct ISO 9001 internal quality audit. Act as Management Representative. • Review engineering data-sheets purchase requisitions PQP Quality Procedures ITP WPS/PQR Quality Dossiers Material Record Books (MRB) and other quality submittals • Approve Contractor’s Specification Deviation Requests (SDR) relating to Quality NDT & Welding. • Manage inspection during procurement at Vendors’ locations. • Supervise multi-disciplinary team of QA/QC Engineers during construction. • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement recommendations. • Participate in FPD Project Risk & TIV
