Successfully cleared 6 external audits of FSMS PAS 220 & QMS 9001. • Enhanced Pizza Hut Local supplier’s Quality Audit score country average from 50% to 80%. • Saving of PKR 30 million annually by developing in house frozen foods manufacturing factory for Pizza Hut Pakistan and Afghanistan Operations. • Launched 6 new menus, 18 Limited time offers of new products in Pizza Hut. • Developed more than 30 cost effective new suppliers of Raw & Packaging materials(Dairy, Meat, Flour, Seasonings & Sauces, Baked Products, Flexible and Offset packaging materials) • • Attended Six Sigma Green Belt Quality training course from NED University in 2011 • Achieved Quality Excellence Award 2007 from Regional Director QA Yum USA.(Pizza Hut International) • ISO Food Safety Management System IRCA (UK based Certification body) Certified Food Safety Management System Auditor. • Supplier Foods Safety Audit Training conducted by Pizza Hut International in Dubai & Egypt. • YUM’s (Pizza Hut USA) certified Food Safety Trainer & Auditor.
