About Arif Setiawan

I am working at Diagnos Genomics Laboratory, PT Diagnos Laboratorium Utama Tbk. My focus is Genetic of Human Reproductive. My Prominent personalities are being obserbent, creative, innovative, curious and resilient in all work that I perform. I got most of these personalities from my experience and my Master's degree. I have huge interest on Human Genetic and Nutrigenomic. The communication skills I obtained help me to adapt better to my work environment particularly to hone and develop personal skill on my team. Research specialties: Genetic Engineering, Human Genetic in reproductive health, Sperm Analysis, Frozen Sperm, HPV-DNA Genotyping, Bacteria and fungi isolation. Project Approaches: Preimplantation Genetic testing Aneuploidy (PGTA), Premplantation Genetic testing Monogenic disorder (PGTM), Non Invasive Prenatal Test (NIPT), Non Invasive PGTA (Ni-PGTA). Research and Application Tools: PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR, digital PCR, array Comparative Genomics Hibridization (aCGH), Massively parallel sequencing by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). Management skills: Laboratory Design, Consumable and protocol improvement. Professional skills: Strong sense in data analysis, project management.
