My current role is leading a high performing team of Territory Sales Executives and Relationship Managers across NSW and ACT states with business development activities to help our b2b partners prosper and have incremental revenue growth with the remmitance service we offer. Being a global leader in this industry, an important part of my role is to oversee that this is achieved within the guidance and framework of the government agent regulator. My team and I work to ensure our business partners are well educated across AML CTF standards and regulatory systems. I am an experienced people leader with skills in leading direct reports as well as cross-functional teams. Managing a product line from pre-production to post-sale, justifying new product development investments, determining and documenting new product requirements, developing sales forecasts and product pricing, and launching new products to the marketplace.
