I’ve spent the last 13 years building and running retail businesses - from launching global brands in India to scaling high-performing stores and teams across fashion, luxury, and home. I started on the shopfloor, selling jeans at Diesel, and worked my way up - running store ops, launching brands like Pottery Barn and West Elm, opening over a dozen flagship stores, and eventually leading full business portfolios. I’ve worked across categories, but what’s remained constant is my belief in customer-first thinking, operational excellence, and owning every piece of the puzzle - from merchandising and logistics to hiring and team culture. Along the way, I’ve rolled out new markets, managed P & Ls, worked directly with CEOs, and launched brands with zero global support. Whether it was turning around a struggling fashion brand or building India’s first West Elm store from the ground up, I’ve always loved solving problems, leading from the front, and delivering results.
