I am a business leader with over 20 years of experience in the industrial equipment, capital goods, and process industries, with a consistent track record of building businesses, expanding markets, and delivering profitable growth. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to lead business units, EPC project sales, and product portfolios across India and South Asia. My experience spans P&L management, business development, market entry, and new product introductions in industries including rice, brewing, cement, steel, oil & gas, and process industries. Some highlights from my journey- Scaling businesses rapidly – grew one vertical more than 10x in three years while improving profitability- Winning market share – captured significant share in competitive capital goods markets against strong incumbents- Launching new technologies – successfully introduced products and solutions that opened multi-crore revenue pipelines- Driving project sales – closed large EPC projects in cement, steel, and oil & gas, creating long-term customer partnerships- Building strong teams – mentored and developed cross-functional teams in sales, business development, and product management.
