With over 18 years of work experience in various domains, I am a HR Program Management Expert for People and Culture at Bristlecone, a leading supply chain consulting firm and a Mahindra Group Company. I have a PGDBM in International Business and Marketing, and I am an Insights Discovery Accredited Client Practitioner. My core competencies include diversity and inclusion, policy writing, collaborative problem solving, and team development. I design and implement employee benefits programs that enhance employee experience and culture of inclusion. I also lead the diversity and inclusion initiatives at Bristlecone, and I am passionate about creating an inclusive and collaborative work environment that fosters learning and growth for all employees. I use Insights Discovery, a powerful psychometric tool, to design and deliver customized programs that enhance team performance, communication, and engagement. I have successfully implemented several projects that have improved employee recognition, satisfaction, and productivity.
