I’m an AWS Cloud Managed Services Engineer with strong experience supporting enterprise clients in running secure, scalable, and high-availability environments on AWS. Acting as the point of contact (PoC) for clients, I lead direct communications—both face-to-face and virtual—to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize cloud usage, and ensure seamless operations. As an AWS Subject Matter Expert (SME), I work hands-on with core AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, and more—delivering technical solutions aligned with best practices and business goals. I specialize in- Cloud operations and incident management - Performance tuning and cost optimization - Managing hybrid and multi-account setups - Coordinating with AWS Support, security and networking team I’m currently focused on transitioning into a Cloud Architect role, with an emphasis on solution design, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), automation, and modern architectures (serverless, containerization, CI/CD pipelines). I’m actively deepening my skills in architectural frameworks like the AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud governance models. My goal is to help organizations unlock the full value of the cloud—by delivering resilient, secure, and scalable solutions tailored to their business needs.
