About Arik Lemon

Connecting with other people and learning about their experiences is fascinating to me. I want to understand more about what influences the decisions that people make, and how to guide people to discover their own potential. I love to uncover patterns in data and seek to formulate answers to the questions that those patterns impose. Discovering data that can drive decisions and creating an actionable plan based on those findings are skills that I seek to develop throughout my career and personal life. Working in risk management and insurance has provided me many opportunities to touch the lives of individuals. I help them make important life decisions that directly influence their well-being and the well-being of their families. As an Eagle Scout, I serve first and demonstrate by example.
