About Arikka McDuffy

With a career in the alarm security and life safety industry since 2015, I am a seasoned professional with a deep and diverse skill set. As a Team Lead for Key Accounts, I specialize in managing our larger members with multiple sites, and I also support the daily operations of our building through facilities management. My journey began at National Monitoring Center, where I started as an Alarm Agent and was promoted to Lead Agent in the monitoring department. I then transitioned to A3 Smart Business, taking on roles as a Residential and Commercial Service and Install Coordinator, Commercial Support Specialist, and Commercial Service Advisor. My leadership experience includes serving as a Team Lead for both the Fire Inspection and Gates departments, giving me a broad understanding of the field. I have a proven track record of working with city fire codes and officials to ensure member compliance, and my hands-on work in Technical Support and a variety of support roles allows me to provide comprehensive support across all operational fields.I am passionate about building trust and ensuring the safety and well-being of every member. I have excellent team building, leadership, and de-escalating skills, which are central to my success. I am proud of the strong relationships I have built with both fellow team members and our members, and the trust and satisfaction I have earned.
