About Arin Z.

Arin works at the intersection of program delivery and systems change to support children and families impacted by trauma, inequity, and community violence. She began her career at UChicago Crime Lab, helping launch a national leadership academy for Community Violence Intervention leaders. After seeing the operational and systems-level challenges nonprofits face, she shifted to strengthening internal systems at a growing political consulting firm, where she works closely with the EVP to oversee HR, budgeting, compliance, and the firm’s fellowship program.
