About Arina Hapsari

I am a logistics and forwarding professional with over 9 years of hands-on experience in import operations. I began my career at PT. Jatidiri Trans (2015–2017) as an Import Documentation Staff, where I handled booking shipments, inputting delivery order and billing data, and coordinating with overseas agents for both air and sea shipments. In 2017, I joined PT. Star Concord Indonesia, a global freight forwarding company, where I spent five years as a Senior Import Operation Staff. My responsibilities included: • Arranging bookings for import cargo from global ports to Jakarta • Verifying and inputting shipment documentation and manifests • Creating delivery orders and billing notices • Coordinating with overseas agents and customers • Preparing supporting documents for console shipments • Monitoring shipments until final delivery and handling any shipment issues In 2022, I was promoted to Head of Import Department (Import Senior Supervisor). In this leadership role, I: • Supervised the operations and documentation teams • Communicated directly with customers to secure shipments • Coordinated with agents and carriers to obtain competitive rates • Monitored end-to-end shipment flow and ensured customer satisfaction • Resolved operational and documentation-related issues Over the years, I’ve developed strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills that help streamline import processes and maintain strong client relationships. I’m now eager to expand my expertise into export operations and customs clearance, aiming to deepen my knowledge and add even greater value in the international logistics field.
