I have 13 years of experience in IT Support, managing users IT accounts as well as monitoring Desktops, Laptops & Servers performance issues, hardware/software/application failures, IT deployment/relocation, installation/setup, Documentation/Inventory and making sure all IT assets are in compliance with the Company Global IT technology and security standards. Currently, I am employed as Distribution Supervisor since 2016 and below are my duties and responsibilities: • Supervise shipping & receiving operations to ensure Ship Orders and Receive Orders are properly handled. • First point of contact for Carriers Dispatch and drivers for incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments for Afternoon & after hour shift. • Review planned receive and ship orders within Pack Manager on a regular basis. • Monitor and ensure all email queries are being responded in a timely manner. • Managing and assigning workload for MHE FL operators supplying the Production lines, Shipper & Receiver inbound & outbound schedule and Crown Reach Operators task. • Provide back-up support to Distribution Coordinators by creating Mondeléz stickers and commercial invoice for shipment. Update Mondeléz SAP for every shipment we have for our shift. • Ensure the quantity and items shipped match in Company ERP and Client ERP system such as Pack Manager and SAP for all clients. • Receive incoming deliveries and match/verify items to Receive Orders provided by the Planner. • Ship finished goods and match/verify Ship Orders created by the Planner. • Check and make sure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly labeled with corresponding pallet tags, bill of lading, packing slip and related documents are available with each shipments and deliveries. Investigates and resolves shipment discrepancies. • Ensure all proper documentation for Ship Orders are generated for shipments including BOL`s, packing slips, receipt sheets and shipment breakdown reports / Reporting log sheet. • Manage all Canadian and US customs documentation for Mondeléz, Mars & Hershey. • Review all RO & SO that we finished/missed and update it in KPI excel sheet saved in our network folder. • Provide back-up support to Shipper/Receiver by offloading trailers and receiving bulk/packaging in our system, and reloading trailer with loads that needs to shipped out. • Helping Crown Reach operator to clear the Stage area by moving new delivered bulk and packaging items beside our racks. • Generate Daily Shipping & Receiving status report and send it to Production, Planning & Distribution Team.
