About Aris Munandar

With an associate degree in hospitality administration/management from Politeknik Negeri Bandung, I have a solid background in understanding and meeting the needs and preferences of different customer segments. I apply this knowledge to my current role as a merchandising consumer at PT. Surya Madistrindo, where I plan and execute events and activations that promote the company's products and brands to various communities, such as hobbyists, local residents, and campus students. I have more than four years of experience as a merchandiser, both in trade and community settings, where I developed and honed skills in retail operations, creative merchandising, and merchandise development. I work with diverse and dynamic teams to deliver innovative and engaging solutions that increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. I also use data and feedback to measure and improve the effectiveness of our campaigns and strategies. My goal is to contribute to the company's mission of providing high-quality and affordable products that improve the lives of millions of Indonesians.
