Currently I am handling the PPC function of End-to-end Supply chain & production Planning of knitted Yarn to Garments for Sky Textiles India Pvt Ltd. An integrated textile and apparel company dealing from fiber to fashion. I manage the capacity mapping and coordination of four marketing segments, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders by applying FIFO, concepts of TOC & Lean Manufacturing. I also played a pivotal role in launching the H&M garment business with more than 40% ratio of express orders (Out of monthly volume of pcs)at Arvind Ltd, where I created and implemented processes, forms, and review systems to streamline the fabric workflow w.r.t garmenting plans and to align these with H&M's buying plan. The staggered delivery of these orders starts usually after 9 days of garmenting P.O receipt. My core competencies include adaptability to change, challenging the limits, data analytics to think out of box, unpredictable, meticulous, passion to deliver against odds, end-to-end planning of a vertically integrated unit from yarn to garments, supply chain planning and optimization, domestic logistics, financial and manpower budgeting, cross-functional team management, cost and inventory control. I have completed an executive certification in strategic management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, to enhance my skills and knowledge in this domain & to keep myself updated with latest trends & customer demands.
