I have more than 30 years of professional experiences with wide experiences and responsibilities in different industries, with exposures in banking, manufacturing and retail industries, in the past 20 years I focus only in retail industries, working in PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, one of the largest retail company in Indonesia, have more than store locations, more than 300 brands with hundreds business/store concepts. I have in-depth knowledge of business processes in retail industry, hands-on experience for SAP-IS retail, a specific version of SAP design for retail industry. As IT Application Services and Business Process Improvement General Manager in PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, I am responsible for technical and process review of the business process requirement from user and provide suitable solution accordingly. During the services period in Mitra Adiperkasa, I have involved in various SAP roll-out implementation to various business unit in Indonesia and overseas, including SAP hardware migration and SAP upgrade.
