Aritoki Takada has 10+ years career of a researcher and 5+ years of a software engineer and a support engineer. During his first career in Japan, his technical fields were developing operating systems and related software applications for high-performance & high-reliability enterprise systems, including enterprise storage array products and fault-tolerant architecture for mission-critical control systems. He played his roles such as technology & business research, architecture design & prototyping, product development & evaluations and more. He also spent almost three years in United States, Greater Seattle Area and then South Bay Area, for R&D activities to focus on IT platform products and then blockchain technologies and its application solutions. His next challenge is accelerating embedded software development for automated driving vehicle. With his strong intersts in software development methodologies and motivations to realize *To do the right things easier,* he led the software development style transformation from waterfall to agile with various efforts, including software integration automation, software repository management and more. Following th successful release of automated driving vehicle product, he moved to a support engineering role of Microsoft Azure, focusing on IaaS and container related technologies, to keep himself up-to-date with latest technologies and the reality of public cloud business. Now his work is among various fields: leader for a public sector customer support, VM Performance SME, customer facing support for both Japanese and non-Japanese customers and more.
